Yoga for body, mind and soul
For over twenty years, yoga has been my path to connection, clarity, and self-regulation. It is a practice for body, mind, and soul – exploring how inner and outer energies can come into harmony. When breath, movement, and awareness align, a natural flow arises – a sense of vitality, presence, and lightness of being.
My Yoga Offering
Anusara-Inspired Hatha Yoga
Anusara means “flowing with grace.” This approach integrates the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern insights from anatomy and movement science. It is a strong, precise practice focused on alignment, stability, and energy flow. It strengthens and centers, bringing the body into movement and the mind into clarity – ideal for activating and grounding yourself. Especially supportive for people with hypermobility who seek balance and strength.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice. A few poses are held for longer periods, allowing deep work into the fascia and connective tissue. This practice soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and supports physical and mental regeneration. It offers space to slow down, feel, and become still – a conscious transition from doing to being.
