Neurodiversity is more than a buzzword. It describes the variety of neurological ways of functioning that shape how we think, feel and act. As a coach focused on neurodiversity and a consultant for inclusive organizational culture, I support individuals and organisations in identifying strengths and establishing structures, accommodations and communication practices that truly fit.
In workshops and consulting sessions, I am often asked for resources on autism, ADHD, high sensitivity and giftedness. I am sharing these recommendations here in one place. They are useful for neurodivergent people, relatives, HR teams, leaders and anyone interested in creating a neurodiversity-informed work environment.

Note: the original post contains content in both German and English, this list only shows material available in English. Some categories may be a bit meagre, maybe I'll find the time to add more stuff at some point :).
